De-Escalation Skills (BUS-C01)

Our De-escalation skills program focuses on utilizing Emotional intelligence to safely defuse crisis situations and avoid escalation.

This 2-hour seminar can be delivered at your location or via a remote service.

Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation Skills (BUS-C02)

Our Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation skills identify sources of conflict and the application of the proper resolution strategy using a 3-prong test. Attendees will also learn how to use Emotional Intelligence to successfully de-escalate crises and resolve conflict.

This 4-hour seminar uses interactive exercises to develop and practice the skills needed to successfully engage in conflict resolution and de-escalation in your workplace.

Communication, Conflict Resolution, and De-Escalation Skills (BUS-C03)

Our full-day workshop develops communication skills to avoid common causes of conflict. Using interactive learning methods, we address common communication failures and ways to avoid them. We train attendees on how to fold those communication skills into conflict resolution and de-escalation. Attendees will learn how to identify the common sources of conflict and the application of the proper resolution strategy using a 3-prong test. All of this is incorporated with the use of Emotional Intelligence to successfully de-escalate crises and resolve conflict.
